Toffee.
Basically the card would be an effect-stopping version of this:
Discard 1 [s]Spell[/s] Monster Card. Negate the activation and the effect of a [s]Spell Card[/s] Monster card effect and destroy it. Your opponent cannot activate [s]Spell Cards[/s] Monster effects with that name during the rest of this Duel.
Discuss the possibility of a card like this, and how it could effect the meta. Azuh
I think people would still use Divine Wrath since its more consistant

EmpoleMew
The big three use this to negate your Veiler. Declare gg.

Bahamut - Envoy of the End
Die Tour b****! Die! Would actually be pretty devastating IMO, possibly even broken. A lot of key monsters in any deck are run at three, which can cause dead draws for opponent, and killing boss monsters AND rendering them useless even if Reborned or whatnot. Spells that are run at three are not as common as far as I know, and the discard for activation is harder to make. Skill Drain is the obvious yardstick, a card that was semi'd at one time. But that stuffs your monsters, and only whilst active on the field. So the proposed card is stronger IMO. I personally think too strong. But I'm not the best judge so don't take my word too seriously, just throwing it out there. Guess we'll never know (or will we...?) No we won't (but really...?) *prepares shotgun for inevitable discard monster reaction* I dare you. I f***ing dare you.
Agro
Fableds would win at life because it'd also discard.
Zowayix
Should make it "Discard 1 Trap Card" or some other cost that would be harder to pull off.
Lonk
It should be made and I can see it getting the Secret Rare treatment.
