Cin
Vaironcana it's not always as easy as that, a few years back someone posted something on Beebo about my sister. (She has Dvt and it was targetting that), we never found out who it was, but it were there for everyone to see. Luckily we managed to get Beebo to take it down. CMRenji
This is certainly a good idea. Yeah, let's use our tax money to have our police force browse the web for harmless trolls. Trolls that are likely hundreds if not thousands of miles away from those officers. Mods and admins? Naw, we'll use actual cops. Because they quite obviously don't have anything else to do besides stop actual crime. Oh, Arizona, this is all sarcastic trolling. So come all the way down to NC and arrest me. OT: Bad idea is bad. Though I don't want this passed, not that I live there anyways but that could be a stepping stone.
That depends on your perception of cyberbullying, I guess. I've always seen it more of the harassment by individuals you don't necesarilly know in real life. Either way, the online aspect of it is still simple to end. Bullies (like trolls) get their kicks off of your reaction to them. If you deprive them of your reaction (by a. blocking them/not responding, and b. not giving a f*** about your internet reputation (because it's the internet, really gais)) then they'll find someone else to harass. Where it bleeds out into real life it gets a little more tricky, but the same idea applies (to non-physical bullying). Someone is spreading a nasty rumor about you? Shrug it off, people will stop caring after a few days if there's no drama.
"Everyone" on the internet probably includes very few people who actually will know you (uh, unless Beebo is like some sort of social network. I don't know what it is). Same as above. Realize that the opinons of strangers on the internet are nothing to you.

Icy
Oh for the love of Hakumen, just contact the person's ISP (for proof of content) and charge them for criminal harassment. Children suck anyway, who cares if they're brutally raped by a person who's potentially thirty years older than them?
