[MTG] Silverblade Paladin

Recommended Posts

It's like the non-retarded descendant of Banding and Haunt and stuff like that.

me like. I love this mechanic. They better do some cool things with it.

Although, this could mean anything flavour-wise.

Edit: Ohhhh, that's why it's called "Silverblade". His blade is made from shattered bits of the Helvault.

Will see play in W/x Humans

Turn 1 Champion of the Parish
Turn 2 Gather the Townfolk -> Swing with 3/3 Champion
Turn 3 Silverblade Paladin -> Swing with 4/4 Double Striker Champion + Tokens

Seems legit

I was thinking that too, hehe. T3 double strike on two humans is certainly nothing to scoff at.

Now give us something like

Silverblessed Lunarch

Creature - Human Cleric
2/2
Soulbond (You may pair this creature with another unpaired creature when either enters the battlefield. They remain paired for as long as you control both of them)
As long as Silverblessed Lunarch is paired with another creature, creatures you control that are paired with other creatures gain +1/+1.

t1 champion of the parish, t2 this for two 3/3s O_O

That would certainly be... interesting, to say the least.
