And it ending up with more counters then your preferred target's level(Because the Opponent can give it Counters as well) = Useless effect. But its amazing when you control it's effect properly. I saw one where the FTK revolved around dumping R-Genex Oracle into your Graveyard while accumulating Counters on Citadel, and when you have enough on this, you Summon Oracle, tune for Tempest Magician, and OTK. werewolfjedi Posted April 9, 2012 Report Share Posted April 9, 2012 hope you don't mind the two day old bump, but I love this card it helps me tons. then again I've played it since before citadel came out. the fact I can grab whatever I want of the level, and that I just declare that level, and you have to D.D.
