You were quite late to the game. 0.o
Anyhow, I was 9 or 10 when I first used the internet. I used it for Neopets and porn. True story.

Yup, but to be honest it's for the better. It allowed me to hone my senses for longer without diversion. Like my low tolerance for sound, extremely good sense of smell (to the point where people can find it offensive because of how much knowledge I get with it from just smelling you), fast muscle reactions, and all that. I am spoiled by the amount of information on the internet, as well as the variety of people you can meet. But I wouldn't trade it away now, now's the time to learn control and diversity with activity.

Like what Nw had (or has) in his Signature, the quote from me: "All art is the same, the only difference is the tools you use". Being late to the game didn't inhibit me at all, and within 6 months I knew everything I had to, once I got Photoshop and GIMP anyway as well as introduced to my first Client MMO. Though I am still learning, it's a wonderful experience.

Yes, these things were the most amazing thing ever. Till mine broke and I got a titanium powerbook instead. Well, it didn't break so much as have a f***ing horrible firewire and hard drive.

That's pretty much where dedication comes in. I mean a lot of people would be struggling with Photoshop/GIMP without dedication after the first 6 months. I'm no expert so feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Lol what? All he said was that he learned good computer skills in 6 months and he's glad to refine his senses.

I was like 10 or something. I practically lived off flash movies for several years and I also took a lot of personality quizzes (half relating to DBZ). I began watching YouTube when I discovered Smosh, and I couldn't be happier that they're still around today.
And I was 13 when I discovered manga scanlations and began following my favorite series.
Then I joined YCM at the start of my sophomore year.
I'm now almost done with my senior year and now I've been all over the place in cyberspace.

11 years old - I think I started when I entered senior school where they started to give us research homeworks. I also had msn so i was constantly on it. Then at age of 14/13 I went on forums and facebook. Started with normal art forums but didn't get s*** because the words were too big and I was a f***ing noob. So then at my later 14s I went to PlanetRenders and learned graphics. Now I'm mostly on art forums.

Hi5! I was still on Neopets when I was 12. I was called something like ForbiddenRockAngel, they didn't even let you use spaces back then. Also, f*** my life; ForbiddenRockAngel. .-.
