Not completely sure how I think about this. Sure it can search almost anything in the deck but you hardly ever finish the turn with a face-up level 1 monster (even if you do it's not likely to survive) and if you use your normal summon to meet the requirement, 2000 damage is going to hurt. The ability to search for all the limbs besides the head is fantastic. 2000 Damage shouldn't mean much when you're blocking with Scarecrows and Faders. Also, Jester Confit might make some interesting plays with this since it can be the level 1 necessary to activate it without using your Normal Summon.
