So it's a 1900 Beast-Warror "Ancient Gear" but also prevents effects. It has the usual Goblin clause. Being Beast Warrior gives it access to Horn, of course, and using something like Final Attack Orders will keep it in Attack Position.

It could be interesting, but switching to DEF for a turn makes it require Deck dedication.

Speaking of which, being able to prevent stuff like Sangan, on something that isn't Citrine, is pretty cool.

It's probably a mistranslation to have it start a chain. Zexal Weapon Unicorn was translated like that too, and I noted that it made absolutely no sense. Sure enough, the TCG version had those issues corrected in its text.

I think whoever is translating the text is misusing the Problem-Solving Card Text by thinking every time the word "When" is used, it must start a chain or something. Continuous Effects dont do that.
