Getting 3 monsters on the field is tough for most if any decks, even more so with those restrictions. The deck will be banisharks though, so yeah, Shark, and maybe there'll be amazing support. Sure, in frogs you can probably bring it out once with 2 Ronintoadin and a Treeborn. But twice? Three times? I wouldn't exactly count on it, nor would I not consider running something better. Though I should point out that the deck may revolve around A Legendary Ocean, as that allows any Level 4 Water to be a candidate for its summoning conditions and puts it at 3000 ATK. Anyway, the effect is unconfirmed as of right now. In fact, the card itself is so unconfirmed that the wiki took down any mention of such a card. Plus I feel it'd take too much just to get those out when you probably have better options... like Mobius or something. Anyway, let's just wait for the last 4 cards.
