Anyways, discuss Rescue Rabbit, and what effect that the next "Rescue Pet" should have to avoid creating another fiasco like the ones caused by the first two.

Can have it's level changed.
Can be used as a XYZ/Synchro Material.
Rank 12's would come out.

Basic summary: Ridding themselves to Special Summon 2 of a designated monster. Most significantly used for Synchro and Xyz, though Rescue Cat's original design did not take that into consideration, which is why it was broken. Rabbit was, however, but Konami forgot that Rescue Cat was made before Synchros and therefore decided that since they did it once, they could do it again and therefore modeled Rabbit almost exactly like Rescue Cat not entirely realizing how f*cked up and abusable this +1 would be.

Your effect said "its". Meaning the monster you summoned (the level 1) can't. ;D

Not allowing further special summons the turn you use their effects would fix them... or kill them.
