Considering Miracle Contact makes Neos-Fusion monsters a lot more playable, This actually seems usable now. Situational, of course, but could actually be used as a weird tech.
For example, you could: Miracle Contact into Storm Neos -> use his effect -> use this -> Air Neos attacks without the Opponent's backrow + Dolphin destroys a card in their hand.
Of course, its just an idea, but still... Card seems interesting.

I think, at most, one could Summon 3 Spacians if you used this on Divine Neos.

Could go in many different ways with that.

Examples:

Neos + 4 Neo-Spacian's = Triple Conatact + 1 Rank 3 XYZ
2 Neos Alius + 2 Neo-Spacian's + Neos = (Triple Contact or 1 Rank 3 XYZ and 1 2500 Beatstick) + 1 Rank 4 XYZ

plus so much more based on each spacians effect.

Contact out makes Divine Neos alot more flexible in a situational manner still.
