[b]Personality:[/b] Lucy tends to be fairly closed off about anything, and doesn't have many friends because of this. She is also fairy harsh and sadistic at times, preferring to torture and torment a defeated opponent rather than finish them off quickly. Underneath all that is a want for revenge against the Void faction, and a mistrust of anyone she doesn't know.
[b]History:[/b] Lucy originally grew up in a close family as the youngest of two. With this, she had a fairly easy life until her sister turned 14, and developed signs of being able to manipulate lightning. From then, her older sister was taken away by envoys from Void, to be turned into a genetically modified soldier as an experiment. That ended in her sister disobeying an order from her handler to instead try and save her family from Void, close on 5 years later. She had found out Void was intending on killing her family and making it look like Library caused it, to turn her anger against Library instead of them.

That didn't work as she had found out about their plans, and instead turned on her handler, killing him and leaving towards her house in hope of stopping soldiers from Void killing her family. She ended up arriving too late, as Lucy's parents were already dead, but Lucy was still alive, being tortured by the soldiers for sport, before her sister broke in to kill them, to enraged to notice the explosives attached to the door. With her sister dead at the feet of the soldiers who had been torturing her, Lucy managed to awaken her own latent abilities in lightning, which she had been unconsciously suppressing to avoid being taken by Void and used in an experiment.

Since then, Lucy has lived on her own, working towards finding information on both Void and Library to try and find some way to take Void, and preferably Library as well, down. Her need for information from employees of either company, and the pain from her scars tend to fuel her sadistic side, which didn't emerge initially until she was killing the soldiers. She refuses to say how she got hold of Excalibur originally, only that it’s connection to her is something she wouldn’t give up for anything. Shortly after an assassination attempt about 5 years ago she decided to summon a familiar, Ramuthra, to protect her. Also at some point during the years since she had unleashed her lightning power, she released a man named Clementine from a Void research facility, not realising until later just who and what he was.

The blade is white, and is engraved with several yellow Latin words up the blade, reading 'Sanctus Lumen Judicare', which translates as 'The Holy Light Shall Judge All'. The grip is wrapped in leather, the cross-guard made out of pure metal, and the pommel with a large topaz embedded into it.

[b]History:[/b] Excalibur is a fairly famous weapon throughout history. The relic itself has existed for many years, approximately as long as Murasame, and has been wielded by several famous heroes, though is most famous for assisting the mythical king of England, Arthur Pendragon. As to how it got into her hands, Lucy refuses to say anything on the topic, except that she wouldn’t give it up for anything.[/spoiler]
[b]Non-magic weapons: [/b]Aside from Excalibur, Lucy also wields a six shot revolver, that she can use her Lightning Charge spell on to allow her to shoot a lightning charged bullet against her opponent to deal additional damage.
[b]Other: [/b]Lucy also travels with the devil relic, Murasame, and her Familiar is Ramuthra. She is also capable of wielding Excalibur with one hand if needed, but tends to prefer using both hands to increase the strength and speed of her strikes. She is also left-handed, but can fight using either hand equally well. Also, as a side effect of using lightning quite a lot over the years, Lucy’s speed, reflexes and agility are all increased, though she has to eat quite a lot to regain the calories she uses to both generate the lightning and from using her increased abilities.

[b]Personality:[/b] Ramuthra has a fairly curious personality, only having been summoned twice throughout his life. Through that though, he is very loyal to the one who summoned him, to the point where he will protect his summoner with his own life if necessary. Ramuthra also tends to stay away from any overly light style magic, just from fear of those who threw him out of heaven coming to kill him.
[b]History:[/b] Ramuthra was originally an angel, before being thrown out of heaven along with everyone else from Lucifer’s unsuccessful rebellion. Staying out of the spotlight, Ramuthra worked as the bodyguard of one of the high ranking demons for a while, Amon, while building up his own strength for the day he is summoned by a human. Ramuthra has only been summoned a total of twice in his whole life, once as a Shogun’s bodyguard in the times of ancient Japan, and now to Lucy, as her familiar.

Ramuthra has continued to develop his skills, working mostly on speed and reflexes, as he already has a fair amount of muscle. He was summoned by Lucy close on 5 years ago, just after she was nearly assassinated by a branch of Void, causing her to decide finally on a specific familiar to summon. Since then Ramuthra has served by her side without any hesitation, and will keep doing so until he either has to sacrifice his life to save her, or she ends up dead, ending the contract.

[b]Personality: [/b]Murasame is very smart, having lived as a human for most of 8, 000 years, and having a fair amount of intelligence to begin with. He also likes practical jokes, particularly over the top ones that could end in disaster if something goes wrong. He doesn’t seem to have much of a conscience, letting people freely wield him as a sword just so he can see their reactions when they find out they have to kill someone or die themselves just to put him down again. He will often act on a whim, though he does have some sense to him, preventing him from helping someone on the losing side of a battle. He decided to travel with Lucy originally because he wanted to see her despair when she failed to achieve her goals, but also because she freed him from Void at some point, who just wanted to experiment on him, and he wanted to wipe any data on his own genetic make-up, to prevent them from finding a way to create a copy of his sword form.
[b]History:[/b] Murasame has had a long and rich past which he refuses to elaborate much about, though it is known that he was created as an Arcanite Relic about 12 thousand years ago, before being stolen by an evil sorcerer close on 1 thousand years later, cumulating in him becoming a Cursed Relic about another 1 thousand years later. About another 1 – 2 thousand years after that, he had been wielded by the descendants of that first sorcerer, all of whom used him for their evil powers, resulting in him coming into human consciousness as a Devil Relic. From then he killed the descendants of that sorcerer, and decided to live for himself rather than for anyone else.

For the next 8 – 9 thousand years, he has lived mostly as a human, though he did have a brief period where he aided a Chinese Emperor as his sword form. In the last few years before meeting Lucy though, he had been trapped by Void for use in experiments, around the same time Lucy’s sister had been forced to join actually. He was trapped in what was essentially a prison, which actually was a rather nice looking apartment, minus windows or any way to escape or find out anything from the outside world. Through that time, scientists took samples of his genetic make-up, and experimented on his human form, though he resisted actively helping the scientists the whole time, just to torment them and make them try to convince him to co-operate with them. That was until his door was broken open by Lucy while she was destroying the research facility, freeing him in the process, and he decided to join her on her travels.

[b]Head description:[/b] Clementine has a fairly narrow and angled face, which fits his Japanese style appearance. His eyes are quite narrow, his nose is fairly thin, and he has a thin sort of mouth. The only other distinguishing feature about his face is the teeth, mostly normal but with his canines, the tip being longer and much sharper, on the top and bottom canines.

[b]Effect:[/b] Murasame creates the illusion of his wielder, or himself if he's in his human form, being in several places at once, while cloaking the actual user in darkness, to confuse the enemy. Works better in places with plenty of shadows, and weakened during the day.

[b]Effect:[/b] Murasame gathers up the light from several stars into his blade or hand if in human form, before unleashing it towards the enemy. Not available at daytime.

[b]Effect:[/b] Murasame casts a sort of bright shimmer in the air, which weakens the power of any magic used by anyone except him and whoever is wielding him while in sword form. The move also makes it harder for anyone, including himself to see. Not available at Daytime.

[b]Effect: [/b]Murasame gathers the power of both the stars and of the darkness around him together, to create a large and powerful ball of chaotic energy that is impossible to stop between launching and hitting a large solid object. If nothing stops it, the attack would keep flying even past the atmosphere of the earth, until it hit something else out in the depths of space. Not available at daytime, and only useable while he can see the stars he is drawing the power from. The attack consumes a lot of power to create, and thus can only be used once before he has to regain energy, either from the normal way for humans of eating, or from killing someone in his blade form.[/spoiler]
[b]Other: [/b]The curse of Murasame is that while in sword form, anyone who draws him must either kill someone or he himself die before the sword can be resheathed. Also, the wielder cannot drop or put the sword down after unsheathing it, and Murasame cannot change shape during that time. That curse is also why Murasame tends to spend most of his time as a human, rather than as a sword, though when he meets someone who doesn’t know of his curse, he likes to freely let them wield him, knowing that they must pay the toll in the end. The other reason he spends most of his time as a human though, is to see the world for himself, and experience what he can.[/spoiler]

For one of my bloodline abilties, I was considering making the family mostly immune to temperature - ie, resist cold weather, maybe a little bothered in the middle of a really hot day, the sort. And, of course, any magical fire would have the effect like normal fire would have on a regular person.

She is very quiet when not trying to rip someones head off because they showed the slightest hint of attitude towards her. In short she is emotionally unstable. They say people put up walls around themselves to keep others from getting to them she is different she puts up fortresses. As of right now the only people who truly know her are her fellow Librarians at the branch in Japan.
[b]History: Ebony grew up as the child of spousal abuse. Her father was repeatedly abused by her mother and so was she. One night when the mother in a drunken rage went to kill Ebony Ebony's father grabbed her mother and falcon dropped her out of a window killing them both. Ebony was truly scarred by this. So as she grew older and tried to make a living as an exotic dancer she found a boyfriend who unfortunately happened to be womanizer and worse off a void scientist.
Ebony at the age of 18 was subject to some of the most humiliating and debasing experiments applied to her by her void boyfriend. However thanks to battered wife syndrome she stayed. In an odd turn of events some of the void scientist who had a glimmer of a conscience gave extensive combat training and injected her with some of the most powerful beast. On her 20th birthday her void boyfriend was going to grace her with one last experiment that would have destroyed her reproductive organs but at the last minute a joint raid from a magical family and the Library set fire to Void research facility. As the destruction ensued Ebony's mind broke and she temporarily snapped unleashing a vicious transformation and eating the flesh of many mages and library scientist until someone shot her in the leg with an arrow knocking her out.

When she woke up she could see that she was in hospital bed with a black man sitting next to her. As confused as she was this was her first time meeting what would soon to be her new boss Adamas Sagitta. Adamas introduced himself and after a lengthy story he offered her a job. Thanks to women's intuition and subtle mannerisms she quickly picked up on his sexuality and realized there was no threat though she knew that Library and Void might as well be the same things so she was hesitant but after seeing the facility she grew to like the place and she finally had friends.

Ebony is a beautiful African American women with light-skinned she typically wears casual close like tight fitting jeans and tank top to show off her body and it fits her fighting style.

[*]Claws: The area from directly beneath the elbow to her fingers expand and become giant claws (thanks to her job at the Library they coated it with metal armor so it doesn't look as unsightly)
[*]Density: The final experiment on her birthday was supposed to be a serum that will force Ebony to give birth to a full blown Manticore but since that never happened Library scientist were able reconfigure her genetic body to where she assimilated the beast she was to give birth to. As such Ebony can change her body density/weight to one metric ton.

[*]Thanks to her time spent with the void Ebony has developed a rational fear of needles, beakers, vats, and most tools used with genetics to begin with. In fact in order to give her the metal and density upgrade she had to be heavily sedated first.
[*]Her fighting style oddly enough is based on quick jabs and nerve blocking which is why she wears tight clothes so they do not get in the way. This is oddly contrary to her set of powers which would lead one to believe a less subtle approach to combat.

When a project is done she is the first one to say congratulations and she always remembers everyone's birthday with out the aid of a calendar or a some form of electronic reminder.
[b]History: Natasha grew up androgynous meaning that every job interview she ever went on got weird because no one knew where to put her. As a result she was simply overlooked for most of her life. So she decided after graduating valedictorian from college with a degree in Engineering she would do something unique like join the army! She was an excellent marksman but she always ran into one basic problem. She wasn't any match for a magician. She never fought one but no one needed a smart trigger happy boy-girl if they could just use someone who could make it rain lightning bolts. Magicians were more cost efficient and they helped spare lives (well lives of comrades that is). So Natasha once again faded back into obscurity and this time it hurt.

As Natasha walked around from meaningless job to the next she sunk into a depression. One day when she was 25 she had went to her college reunion and met up with some past alumni. There one her professors introduced Natasha to one of his favorite students Adamas Sagitta. Natasha uncharacteristically told Adamas everything about her life and her plight. Adamas hired her on the spot. For the next two years Natasha has lived a happy life with Adamas at the Library.

The Rip Van winkles firing cylinder is actually fashioned to be a sort of rail gun where instead of using gun powered and ignition and a electric current flows through the tube accelerating the speed of her shots (if they simply fly straight) to Mach II. Finally the bullets of the Rip Van Winkle are custom made meteorite bullets that multiply (like a claymore mine or shotgun) when shot via the rail gun effect.

[b]Family History:[/b] Many are the ones unaware of the Freydican Empire, a small and isolated part of the most uninhabitable place of Siberia. This is where the Freydican bloodline and family has made their home, along with any mage who seek a land where they can utter their spells without fear of normal humans becoming aware.

The Freydican line has its roots in Sweden, with the man called Kaiser Freydic, or the Paragon of Betrayal, as he is sometimes reffered to by other mages. After commiting the most devious of deeds, Kaiser had to flee his homeland and make his home in the harsh Siberia, where he used his magical powers to create a landscape as green as an emerald, greatly contrasting against the snowy and rocky surroundings. This is where he based the Freydican Empire, the only country in the world fully inhabited by mages of all elements, and all loyal to their rulers the Freydicans.

The Freydicans are also reffered to as The Fists of the North because of their great thirst of conquest and power, and using their magic to their advantage they almost conquered Russia, but was then stopped by other mages and forced to stay in the Empire, never to try their way of conquest again. The Freydicans never lost their will of battle, however, and they are now searching for a way to make their name the mightiest on this planet, be it through political conquest or through slaughter...
