But iron call negates effects on the field.

Effects always remain where they activate,effects activated on the field resolve on the field,regardless of where the monster's physical form is on resolution.

If the card effects says it negate the effects of specifically "[b]monsters on the field[/b]" (Skill Drain, Destiny HERO - Plasma, etc.) or is a Continuous card is applying its effect to a specific monster on the field (Fiendish Chain, wicked Rebirth), then it will only negate that monster's effect while that monster on the field.
Any card effect that just says something like "Its effect(s) is negated", then it will only negate any effect of that card that activates or applies on the field, because the effect "activates" and "resolves" on the field, no matter where the card is during that resolution.
