But this came out after Xyz were meta. Like, for a while, it came out like LATE November at earliest ._. *Checks* February 21, it was announced on Manjyome... The only issue people had with it when it was first revealed for IRL was the low stats, but the ability to make itself a natural +1 outweighs that.
