It's getting worse and worse as it is, most decks can remove a Zenmaines in a single turn with relative ease, it's destruction bait for Inzektors, Rabbit has Dolkka, Dragons just banish it... It's a solid Rank 4, being able to send (not destroy) a 2100 or lower monster your opponent controls and burn for 1000. This can take care of Zenmaines or Gachi, or even other monsters you may not want to attack/destroy. Sending a 1900 monster and dealing 1000 burn, for example, is better than attacking for 200.
