"Dragon Master Knight" + "Five-Headed Dragon"
This card cannot be special summoned except by fusion summon, and cannot attack for 3 turns after being summoned.
This monster gains 500 ATK and and DEF for every Dragon type monster in your deck, graveyard, or on your side of the field.
This card cannot be destroyed by any trap or spell card, but can be attacked by multiple monsters at once. If the combined ATK of those monsters is higher then the current ATK of this monster, then this card will be removed from play.
This was my first card, So I thought I'd go with something a little bit crazy. I did what I could to balance it out so I hope it's acceptable. Tell me what you all think about it and if I could improve anything.

Firstly, this card would likely ONLY be brought out by using Future Fusion to bring out Five-Headed and then using lolPolymerization/Dragon's Mirror with a Fusion Substitute since bringing out Dragon Master Knight is an absolute joke. Or you could use Gale Dogra to get Five-Headed in the Graveyard, and then use Dragon's Mirror on it and a Substitute.

Next, the 3-turn restriction you have for it attacking makes this even less worth all of the effort it will take to bring it out. The Spell and Trap immunity may help him stay alive long enough to launch an attack, but there are quite a number of Monster Cards running about that will wipe this off of the field, so the waiting thing should go.

Afterwards, the gaining ATK for the Dragons in your Deck is a bit awkward in how that would work (with your opponent constantly checking your Deck each time something happens to it), so it would probably be better off (and more rewarding) to just send all of the Dragons in your Deck to the Graveyard (which Chaos Dragons would love, if they can pull this guy off). Rethinking this, this may be a bit OP, but then again, this would suck if it would have less ATK than Five-Headed most of the time...

Lastly, the combined-ATK thing is rather interesting, but strangely worded. How about something along the lines of "If this monster is attacked, decrease the ATK of this monster by the ATK of the other monster after Damage Calculation until the end of the turn." That way, it would still fall victim to the combined-ATK thing, but it'd just make more sense.

Assuming you even get this out, having its stats determined with the inclusion of dragons in your deck is silly, because as pointed out, it will constantly need to be checked. You seem to be aware of how overpowered this card could be, hence the two drawbacks it has, but they are just silly. First, the need to wait three turns before this card attacks makes this impossible to use as a part of an OTK when either of it's Fusion Materials would be preferable.

The other drawback outright lets the opponent do something similar to Brave Attack, meaning you would have to rely on other cards to keep your opponent at bay so they don't get out monsters strong enough to destroy this card, because this card's first restriction means it can't do that itself. Because it lacks the immunities to battle that Five-Headed Dragon has, the opponent can pull it off with something as simply as using just about any monster with Honest. You may have tried to make it hard to kill by giving it the potential for high stats and immunity to Spells and Traps, but it's actually far more easier to take down than you think.
