It helps a lot of decks, and hurt even more opponent's decks.
Cobalt2
I've seen this card before, and I run it in my lightsworn deck on DN.
Kingdom Xathers
If you call it wrong, your opponent may/will still have the advantage regardless of what you mill. Either that, or it has little impact for people to consider using it. After all, only a few decks can truly utilize it, none of them top-tier
Dementuo
Chaos Dragons could use it. But they have the Lightsworn engine for that.
Blake
Because it's obviously a dead draw mid-late game, it's slowish, and Crow is far superior because it can hit the problem at any given time?

Morgan LeFlay
I use this card in my lightsworn deck, since i use every lightsworn it helps me get an awesome graveyard for my grag/shire. but beyond that, it should be good in chaos dragons and even any deck that can utilize the grave

For grave disruption, D.D. Crow, Transmigration Prophecy, Crevice into the Different Dimension, etc. are far superior because you can consistently use them. For traps that mill, Needlebug Nest. Why? Consistency and isn't half as dead mid-late game. This is luck reliant and it's like this: A. You activate it when Opp uses, say, Reborn. Then you mill instead of banish. Congrats on the -1 that didn't do you ANY good. B. Reborn is used. Luckily, you banish. Yay. C. You activate it for the mill for some reason beyond me. You get the banish. Congrats on getting it when you didn't really need it. D. You activate it for the mill and get it. Yay. It's just... a stupid card. It's not good and there's no real reason to run it over other stuff. It's not like Sixth Sense.

There's this thing called luck that each person has different amounts of so that a single duel can't count. What does beating Lightsworn prove? That you have better luck than other LS players? More to the point that single duels don't count, especially when running Lightsworn. Why does every one of the people that aren't regulars here, upon getting called out, go "DUEL ME I'LL PROVE IT". Does this LOOK like Domino City? I don't see people running around with disks on their arms to see who pays for lunch or whatever. Yes, David, this is real life. That said, the card is still not good and is severely outclassed. Luck cards are generally bad.

Zauls
Actually if you read the card I'm sure it means you can choose what cards you send to the Graveyard? Where does it say top of deck? If there isn't some weird thing with this, then it is either Foolish Burial on drugs or a D.D. Crow on drugs.

This Account is Unplayable
LS is a deck of 33 bad cards, 3 JD, the trinity and BLS anyway. So it doesn't really make a difference.
