It's just outclassed by way too many things, especially at Level 4, whereas it might have a place as a tech of some kind in Banisharks if it were Level 3. It's bad. I think B support convo. =o Honestly, this thing seems like it's so generic but with meh stats that it is just a plot device, but will be printed alongside the Spear Shark.
