宇佐見 蓮子@C94
I couldn't find a picture that fits what I had in mind so I had to settle with the closest one. I have an Alternate Artwork for this, and if I at least get 2 comments I'll upload that as well.

(I'm fully aware Solemn's effect is much different but I think it's the closest card that I can compare this with, other than Evolkaiser Laggia) It's like Laggia but more flexible! I think I fail at every level concerning originality, but I think it would at least be a staple for anyone who uses at least 2 level 4 monsters. It dodges Royal Decree and other anti-traps. Card Changes: 7/6/2012: Changed Summoning Requirement. 7/6/2012: Nerfed 7/7/2012: Nerfed again
AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
Forgive me if this goes against the nature of your card, but could you give it a type requirement so it doesn't get abused with Rabbit? Plants, while they do have 2 Level 4 vanillas, seem like an alright idea since those two vanillas are horrendously weak, Psychics are even better (given they have no vanillas whatsoever), Rocks might be alright since they have only one strong target (same as Sea Serpents), and Thunders have a weak and a meh vanilla. It's just that a double-Solemn that walks that can be abused with Rabbit is probably going to single-handedly make a tier 0 or 1 deck.
宇佐見 蓮子@C94
Oh yeah, Rabbit. Forgot about that card completely. Back to Yugico! EDIT: Now it won't be abused by Rabbit and is still as good as it was before.
Love of Ghibli
Its a better Laggia-Dolkka...what is the question here? How is this not shattered (I feel like broken is too small a word) Its spell speed 3, tier 0 foolishness, the best way to fix would be give it a type restriction, get rid of that spell speed 3 clause, and make it both material instead of one. Hmmm that sounds like...Laggia or Dolkka. Man even with all of that its still better. lol

And if I nerf it like how you suggested it, it won't have such a great impact on the meta IMO. Well, the only way I know to nerf it and still make it game-breaking is by making it both materials like you said. But I won't do it until another person comments on this. Still, thanks for leaving a comment.

Think about it, it's a generic Laggia + Dollka hybrid minus the Summoning negation, which doesn't matter at all. Doesn't require any dedication to run and is literally, a walking Counter Trap Card. 宇佐見 蓮子@C94
Nerfed. I suck at balancing cards... Guess there's still a lot to learn about card making for me...
WeebYGO
Wow, this card is way too overpowered. Destroy the card when it uses his effect and make it pay 2k life points then it may come close to being balanced.

Think about this: It requires two materials that CANNOT be searched by Rabbit, it detaches both Xyz Materials for its effect, and it's not all that powerful statistically. Now, it's about on-par with Laggia and Dolkka, and is not as broken as something like Raigeki or Tribe-Infecting Virus. If you add the fact that you need to pay Solemn Warning's Cost AND destroy the monster, it's just not worth it anymore.
Yes, the problem with laggia and dolkka is that these should get banned imo. Then destroy the monster and pay 1k lifepoints, its a huge effect and it ignores stuff like mirror force, magic cylinder and so on so its just way too strong. Dharc
What you don't seem to realize is that IT ISN'T STRONG. After you use the effect, you're left with a Normal monster with 2000 ATK/ 1000 DEF. You know how many things run over that? A LOT. Everything from Black Luster Soldier to Utopia Ray. Heck, even if it's in Defense Position, Photon Butterspy kills it and delivers a swift quick to your Life Points. ...Oh wow. Just noticed "Cannot be chained to." ...There's no balancing that. That's just OP'ed.
Althemia
Winged Beast means that this is godly as hell in Blackwings. Staple in nearly every deck. Way too good, remove the last effect or get the card out of here.

Suibon
Make it such that it has to detach Exceed Material each time an effect is activated, something like Doomcaliber Knight -- but to compensate you'll have it detach 1 Exceed Material per effect activation attempt instead.
