... how much you wanna bet that the TCG will name this "That Insane Magic", or something along those lines?
I was about to say. Though you missed an EXCLAMATION! point.

DN mods and I agree should be usable after a spell card finishes resolving and is sent to the Grave.
I dunno if that would work, seeing as both the resolution of the effect and being sent to the grave happen simultaneously. Wouldn't that make it miss the timing?

From how it is worded, it can be done in either a chain when a spell sends itself to the Graveyard, OR after resolution considering that the latter happens in a window of activation.

It's an "If" effect.

Why do I think this card is supposted to make a refferance to code geass where the masked wizard at front using Exsplosive spell counters is supposted to be Zero.

OT: I guess you just use this as a side against verious decks such as Inzectors and others where destroying spell and Trap cards is vital in the duel.

Weird side deck against Inzektors, Dragunities and CBs? Also, I agree about the "Magical Explosion?!" name change.
Not necessarily, since it reads "When your opponent activates a Spell Card, destroy 1 face-up monster."

But monster-equips and CBs are considerated Spells when they're in S/T Zone iirc.

Where does it say that? o.O

ok this discussion kinda confused me, to simplify, a face-up Spell card, including activating a normal Spell and sent to the graveyard after resolving the effect can set this off? :S
That is the general consensus as of now.

It doesn't, what I mean is that whenever your opponent activates a Normal Spell, you'll be given a chance to use this...
Would have to wait until after it resolves though.
