宇佐見 蓮子@C94
Hmm... Yeah. Nothing much to say other than this card might be able to f*** most meta decks. Also, RC seems to be improving from yesterday, which is a major relief.
Must be Xyz Summoned, and cannot be Special Summoned any other way. When a monster is Special Summoned: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; destroy the monster. While this card is in your Graveyard: You can banish this card and another card in your hand; negate the Summon of a monster and banish it.
It's like a double Trap Hole (Not Bottomless) that only works when a monster is Special Summoned. Plus, when it's in the Graveyard, you can banish it and another card to make it work like a Solemn Warning. I think it's a nice addition to Anti-Meta decks and it can troll the sh*t out of your opponent while it's in the graveyard. So as usual, rate, fix [s]my you-know-the-drill OCG[/s] if broken and CnC is always welcome.

While Anti-Meta can use this, the Meta can use it to dominate even more. Just a thought.
Aerion Brightflame
I'm unsure about the wording. Since, as it destroys the monster, it must be summoned successfully, meaning that stuff like Laggia can negate and destroy this when they summon themselves Defeating the point kind of. Surely it would be better to negate the summon all together. Otherwise, pretty good. The right sort of thing to kill off Meta decks, without becoming another Laggia. 宇佐見 蓮子@C94
Oh, thanks for the OCG fix, Monsieur. @Hivenet That's where the second effect comes into play. The first effect can't negate the summon, like you said, but the second effect can, which makes it a lot more useful.

Does make it more of a annoyance to deal with, and slows rabbit massively. One thing i'm curious about, is which anti meta decks could pull a rank 6 easily? Nathanael D. Striker
Hive, Caius says hi. Our good old Shadow Monarch is a favorite in Anti-Meta.
Aerion Brightflame
Oh Monarchs. Of course. The kings still have style. This is actually perfect then for a monarch deck. Monarchs can pick off stray cards quickly, roll this out, and let it take out a Laggia, or [insert threatning monster here]. Well done, i can't fault this card now. 宇佐見 蓮子@C94
Wow. I didn't expect so many of you to comment on this one, so I appreciate each and every one of your feedback. Yes, like Monsieur said, this card is made to be used with Monarchs. And like Dual said, it's basically a stronger version of Roach for Anti-metas. (I think Chaos Dragons and Hieratics can benefit from this, too)
Dr. Cakey
Negating the summon would, in fact, limit its usage further, by preventing it from destroying monsters summoned by effects. I think it should have slightly less ATK, probably. EDIT: And yes, this weapon would be stolen and subverted by the meta.

Dr. Cakey
Actually, if it destroyed any pre-existing set-up you might have, it could be untenable for the meta. Maybe something like "When this card is Xyz Summoned: Destroy all Special Summoned monsters you control".
