Only time you would ever want to use this is for low-level beat down, and even then you have much better options.

Just the whole concept of it being made of coils, and the other wires implying that the power comes from outside sources, just really makes for an interesting concept when you consider it's effect.
Which is why I've always liked this card's artwork.
