.Rai
Just saying this is technically awful in Pokémon TCG because it has a Psychic weakness which is awful in upcoming format, and it's slow, and it has no good attacks. Edit: And the one you changed it with is probably worse.

Toffee.
TC, its actually very easy to play Pokemon TCG. Competitive Pokemon TCG has a science to it, to which, I never learned, as a result of not keeping up with PTCG's card-pool.

I always wanted to get into it since its relatively cheap (or so I've been told) but I have no one to play with because everyone in my area plays YGO and to a lesser extent CFV. Lucky for me, all the people I know play PTCG, MTG, YGO, and CFV[I helped get people at my college into the game by having 2 decks and teaching people how to play]. arkel
Scrafty is a pretty potent threat in UU. The fact that it can potentially be running a Bulk Up or Dragon Dance set makes it kind of difficult to play around before it's revealed its set-up move. newhat
This particular Scrafty is awesome 'cause it can take 2 60-damage attacks (at 40 damage each), and assuming you draw all Special Energy, deal 180 damage. volcarona is purty
