Expelsword
In Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Episode 149: "The Revived Hero", this card is mentioned on Z-one's computer readout as being Yusei Fudo's Delta Accel Synchro Monster. Will we ever actually see this card? I don't think so, since it would invariably have the same summoning requirements as Halberd Cannon and Shooting Quasar, and we know that you can't really make Synchro Monsters better than Quasar. If I had to guess, its effect would probably be something like... "1 Tuner Synchro Monster + 2 or more non-Tuner Synchro Monsters This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Synchro Summon. Once per turn, while this card is face-up on the field, you can negate the destruction of a card and that card cannot be destroyed during this turn. When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, you can select 1 Dragon-Type Synchro Monster in your Graveyard, and Special Summon it." Not quite worth it... Sleepy
Sounds weaker than Shooting Star. I'll have a try: 3800/3000 Level 12 1 Tuner Synchro Monster + Stardust Dragon + 1 Synchro Monster When a card effect is activated that destroy's a card(s) on the field: You can banish 1 Tuner in your Graveyard; negate the effect and destroy that card. It cannot be targetted by your opponent's card effects. Once per turn, when your opponent declares an attack: You can target the attacking monster; negate the attack, and banish this card until the End Phase. When it leaves the field, except by it's own effect: Target 1 "Stardust Dragon" in your Graveyard; Special Summon target.
Wildflame
For some reson I'm convinced that this was a Level 11.
Merci
For some reson I'm convinced that this was a Level 11.
...that would be ridiculous. I'm pretty sure all Delta Synchros and higher would be Level 12. Cosmic Blazar Dragon would be like a more limited version of Shooting Quasar Dragon, but hey, you never know. The makers might be ridiculous and make it more powerful than its more powerful counterpart.
~British Soul~
Shard made a hypotethical Cosmic Blazar on DN forums and it was level 11 and required 1 Synchro-Tuner and 1 or more non-Tuner Synchros
