Discuss the viability of this card as a potential replacement for Heavy Storm. Or discuss other things. There are no rules, remember?

Sounds reasonable. You still do mass S/T hate, but have to play conservatively with your hand for it, and you have to destroy something yours too, so using it to destroy 1 card only is out of the question unless you are desperate.

Why not just make it "Destroy all your opponent's S/Ts" instead of the hand thingy.

Good question.

Immune to Starlight... Woo. > __ > This'd be worse than Heavy.

Probably not. But it is immune to Starlight. I didn't even think of that.

Might have been edited, but this isn't immune to starlight Road. Since if your opponent has 2 or more spell and traps while you have 2 or more cards in your hand, you would have to destroy 2 or more cards your opponent controls upon resolution. Therefore it can be negated by Starlight Road.

As it is though, otk decks which hold on to their hand until they want to kill you will love this card.

Nope, the phrase "as many as possible" means the "targets" if you will, are only decided on resolution.
It's why Rekindling used to skirt around Necrovalley.
