Zeppeli Gyro Supreme Posted August 24, 2012 Report Share Posted August 24, 2012 Was trying to think of other reasons that it would -have- to be specified, but all I could come up with is if maybe, for some dumb reason, you were running double/triple Ectoplasmer? I don't know of many effects which would be useful during the End Phase that require a monster and could potentially be used multiple times.
