I won against my opponent who summoned Quasar turn 1 because I had played 2 Wave-Motion Cannons, used Magic Cylinder on their Quasar one turn, and managed to stall a single turn after. (My wording is a bit weird, but trust me on this).

I don't see why everyone is complaining so much about facing a burn deck when we are currently in a 3 MST format, and there have been printed TONS of anti-burn cards, including one that stops the damage and inflicts it to your opponent instead. Though it is interesting to note that I rarely have ever had to stall my opponent, unless you count using a Magic Cylinder or single Nightmare Wheel "stalling". Is it stalling if someone plays Warning or Compulsory?

In the following video, Sister Ray represents this card, while Sephiroth represents the metagame...

I guess Genesis represents casual players, where Angeal represents online players?

Cards should be blown by the time it reaches 2000 lp burn. If you think burn is useful in this format you might as well change your username to look like mine because even I know it's bad. Burn is meant to be used for a hobby deck. Not competitive. Any form of burn stall lost its edge the moment exceeds were introduced. I've been running burn decks for quite some time and sure it can beat a lot of decks but the only time it works is for people with bad hands and bad players.

Unfortunately, Konami abandoned the idea of an Inzektor that played One-Winged Angel while equipped.

And Quasar didn't bother to negate neither the Magic Cylinder or at least one of the Wave-Motion Cannons?

They negated Morphing Jar just before attacking with Quasar, and they ragequit before I even made my move with the Cannons. I had a card face-down and a card in-hand as well (I don't remember what they were at the moment).
