It's the first step into making them not stupid without banning all of them them outright. Then we get rid of Atum (well, technically we get rid of Atum first...) It's like they WANT to not exist. Darkness Metal, DAD, Judgment Dragon, Black Rose Dragon... They're all overpowered, but they're not banned because "they are just situational enough". That's bull.
