I'd give this a 9/10- It's not op in my opinion, and I really like the art . Are you going to do something similar for um..Chaos emperor dragon? could be a bit more trciky considering it's effect. Considering that LIGHT and DARK are the most highly supported archetypes, they have A LOT of boss monsters that can really utilized this card. Dark Armed, Judgement Dragon, Archlord Krystia, Hyperion, also, Inzektors, EHero shining, escuridao. There are a lot of cards that can break this card. You should make some type of cost, because it basically is an equip BLS and that is not a good card to have running around. Make it so that it can only equip to some the weaker monsters. Also, Equips have pretty decent search and recycle support, adding to this card's "no". I'd suggest making the banishing effect more like "Chaos Sorcerer", and only being able to touch face-ups. Even then, it still needs some cost or restriction. The multi attack effect needs the "Once per turn" clause clarified there, on top of something else.
