It requires EXACTLY 5 Waters in the Grave, is a Nomi, and only works once per turn, plus skips your BP. Compared to what Monarchs can normally do, I dont see this becoming a major trump card. [/quote] LIGHT and DARK are not really elements, but even following that logic, there's already plenty of LIGHT and DARK monsters who fit the criteria for the Elemental Lord effects, being that they are summoned with a specific number of their Attribute in the grave. They do not need MORE. DARK has DAD and The Dark Creator, who by the logic of the anime shouldn't exist, and also requires exactly 5 DARKs. LIGHT has the Lightrays, Kristya, and so on. The only counter-example I can think of are the LIGHT and DARk Elemental HEROes, but this was actually used with Elemental HEROes in an episode, and the "elements" in their name represents natural elements and the elements of whatever the heck Wild Heart and Blade Edge are.
