I wouldn't do that. While Hamon is powerful, it kills most of your consistency while bringing him out since it makes certain cards useless (CBeacon, Ancient City) and makes you more reliant on Crystal Blessing and Pegasus to get back where you started from. Here are my suggestions:

Crystal Beasts, now-a-days, are actually capable of much more then that.
For example, cards like Abundance and Promise give you a lot of field control, which leads into a lot of Xyz plays, which further adds to your advantage.
