newhat Posted October 8, 2012 Report Share Posted October 8, 2012 Shock Master's better for clinching wins, and you generally won't have 3 Level 4 monsters out unless you ARE winning. But in a Deck that DOES swarm a bunch even while on the defensive (like, say, Lightsworns), this could be useful for recovery. It's also a nice finisher if all you need is 1 solid direct attack.
