宇佐見 蓮子@C94
That makes perfect sense, doesn't it? I put something mildly comedic here in place of "Effect" and then after you read the effect I put a slightly humorous paragraph to tell you how lazy I am and how I can't be bothered to explain to you how it's supposed to be used. Simple stuff, really.] 1 LIGHT Tuner + 1 Non-tuner DARK Monster Can only be Summoned by Synchro Summon and cannot be Summoned by other ways. When this card is Synchro Summoned: You can destroy all other cards you control; Add 1 DARK Monster from your Banished pile or your Graveyard to your Hand. Once per turn: You can Banish 1 Card in both Player's hands; Both players draw 1 Card.
I originally gave it an effect that prevents you from losing, but then I thought that is too unrealistic and I have to post in AoC so I removed that bit and post the remaining effects instead. Not-so-Radiant Arin
Veiler has a new best friend. But seriously, the only thing that I could see this being tech'd in is maybe Dark Worlds, or some weird chaos Deck. But even then, the last effect Banishes cards from the hand, not discarding them. Return a Banished Grapha for free? I think you may want to overlook that first effect... And also, Galkin is stupid.
Strider Tigerwolf
Kvn has a Level 3 Synchro... Galkin has a Level 1.... And I have a level 5!
And I also have a Level 1, and I also took Levels 4, 7 and 12 with my Atrox monsters. OT: Card is pro. The fact that by destroying everything else I can add Hornet, Dragonfly, DAD, Sorcerer, EVEN Necroface to my hand so I can use that card for whatever I so desire with the risk of my opponent retaliating much more easily makes the card quite...interesting. The only problem with the card is that it Nukes itself. In all honesty, I would've preferred if the card stayed on the field and destroyed all other cards I control instead so that I'm not left entirely vulnerable. Strider Tigerwolf
*facepalm* My sight strikes again. Well in that case the card is just as pro as I though it could be. Necroface could become my favorite card...should I choose to activate it's effect.
Darj
This card is awesome. It's a relief that the first effect is optional so you are not forced to pay a further cost for this card. And the second effect is fun: A +0 that let's you banish your own D.D. Warriors/Scout Planes or other convenient targets to disrupt your opponent's hand. I wouldn't change anything, except for an OCG fix: According to the wikia, Konami refers to the area where the banished monsters go as "Banizhed Zone", not "Banished pile". Shinobi Phoenix
The card is quite quite fine, no changes needed to the effect mechanics, HOWEVER: "Can only be Summoned by Synchro Summon and cannot be Summoned by other ways." needs to be "Can only be Special Summoned by Synchro Summon and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways." This is an important distinction because "Summoned" as a word means all Summons, including Flip Summon. So unless you're saying you can't Flip Summon this card either (and that is what your current text would mean), you should change that. Before you say "you can't Set a Extra Deck Monster" remember cards like Book of Moon exist... I could Summon Tsukuyomi to flip your monster down and by your current text, your monster is stuck that way until it's attacked or flipped up by another effect. Phantasy Dreamz
This card runs pretty well in Fable-Dark World deck First of all, I think that add effect should have a limit to it As for the last effect, it threw me off a bit ---Is it the controller of this card that gets to choose the card that is to be banish from the opponent's hand, OR is it the opponent that gets choose the card themself? ---Do you get to see your opponent's hand, IF you get to choose which card to banish? "Once per turn: You can Banish 1 Card in both Player's hands; Both players draw 1 Card." Cause if it's the controller of this card who gets to choose both cards, I'd say it's a tad ov'pw on that part If not, it should of say "Once per turn: You can have each player banish 1 card from their hand; Both players draw 1 card."

Sora1499
Alright, let's give this card a look. I don't know much about Chaos decks, but I have a hunch that evil/steelswarms and/or DW'S would love this when they face HEROes and veiler is basically useless. As both of these can easily pump out monsters from outta fricken nowhere and their backrow tends to exhaust itself rather quickly if they can't attain field control, Emissary's self-nuke isn't an over-the-top cost, and I think it fits the benefit just fine. While we're on the subject, its benefit is extremely potent: Grapha got bottomless'd? No problem! Want to reuse a DW's effect that you already discarded? No problem! The second effect sets up combos with burial from a different dimension and/or leviair, and allows you to draw once again. This effect is where the card deviates from DWs, as they like to discard versus banish, but swarms that tech burial from a different dimension could make good use of it. While I do like the card, it isn't a perfect design. There's a card by the name of D.D. Sprite that could make good use of this card: banish 1 of your monsters, possibly a grapha, summon sprite, use one of the myriad DW card discarders, summon another DW from your hand, synch Emissary, use effect, return banished card to hand. BOOM! In a turn or two, you can reuse Grapha's destruction ability, and possibly re-summon it. You're left with an opponent in a bad spot and a decent 2.3k synch on the field. Overall, it's fine like it is, just not perfect, as no card is truly perfect. I like it, 8.5/
宇佐見 蓮子@C94
Why is it that I still feel dissatisfied despite getting a review from the person I wanted to hear a review from? Meh, bump.
