OT: Searches La Moulian Gliacia, which makes this card all the more nuts. a level-less reinforcements of the army for sea-serpents when ditched for a water monsters effect. i have 2 atm, not sure where im planning to go with them. might just make some build and throw the legal slifer the sky dragon in it. I guess Konami wanted to give the Elemental lords the types of monsters that were intended to be superior than others back in the first days of Yu-Gi-Oh: Fish < Sea Serpent Reptile < Dinosaur (see Ultra Evolution Pill) Beast < Beast-Warrior? Back on topic: I once tried to build a weird Gishki-Atlantean Deck with the goal of using this to search for Gishki Chain, but I couldn't make it work.
