Blake Posted November 2, 2012 Report Share Posted November 2, 2012 If you guys paid even the slightest attention to the naming scheme of the Chaos Numbers so far, Weiss makes far more sense than Vice. The reason for Utopia RAY was because it has a heavy influence from Black Ray Lancer, at least in looks. There's also "Ray of Hope". Weiss makes more sense than Vice because it follows this trend. C32 is based on the Goblin Shark, while Shark Drake was based on something else. Due to this, the new Drake is white, hence "Weiss". The correct pronunciation of Weiss is Vice, so it references Leviathan Dragon, who had a heavy impact on the user of C32, in a similar manner to BRL to Yuma. Veiss... A quick google search makes it look like its a family name, not sure what the hell it is. Also, sorry Expelsword, I accidentally deleted your post when trying to quote it. Synchronized Posted November 2, 2012 Report Share Posted November 2, 2012 The thing is Shark Drake itself is a great card and can swing for major, major damage. I've won games attacking into a Card Trooper, bringing it back, and attacking again, etc. Especially because Shark Drake doesn't immediately have to attack the monster you bring back, it just gains the ability to attack again during the Battle Phase. This isn't as good as Shark Drake, obviously, but if you run Shark Drake, you might as well run this too, because let's face it, it's f***ing awesome. Aerion Brightflame Posted November 2, 2012 Report Share Posted November 2, 2012 This and Shark Drake are some of my favourite Xyz... I just wish they were slightly better. Drake is much better than this, and C39 is a better game ender out of the two. But I just love this If I'm honest. Anythign ti hits will die, its just you can't summon it when you would want it.
