The other Elemental Lords so far provide a +1, but this one is a +2. Either that, or Dragoons should have been able to search only Level 7 or lower Sea Serpents: Not support for this, but still for Levia and their first boss Poseidra. Remember how Dino Rabbit was super expensive and now the core of the deck are tin promos valued at two to ten bucks? Yeah, that's gonna happen to this, Megalo, Linde, and Sphere in 2013. Count on it.
