NEETers gonna NEET.

It isn't so bad, but it isn't so good, and the 2100 DEF is pretty nice. Not sure which cards that are commonly used that target though, aside from Hornet.

Uhh...? Compulsory Evacuation Device, Raiza/Caius, Soul Taker, and a few others.

Man, isn't that Alchemic Magician dozing off?
[/quote]

Alchemic has green hair ?????

This is like a colleague or something.

Obligatory dat art post.

OT: So, once per turn battle immunity, seems like most of the rank 1s except for the rat can protect them selves from destruction, might be a rank 1 thing. Additional protection against targetting is nice o,o but shes a defensive card at best. could be intresting if she somehow gets expanded on.

Problem is that even ignoring the summoning requirement, Gachi and Zenmaines are both better. The first boosts your own monsters and the second can potentially +2 (or force your opponent to overextend). The only thing this can do is stall. Also it can be Dark Hole'd.

Yes, but that logic doesn't always work IMO.

Decks that can run Gachi don't nessacarly run Zenmaines becuase of the conditions. All of them fill a different niche. If anything comparing it to other ranks is fairly pointless, but comparing it to others of its rank makes more sense. Which I think makes this the best option in that situation.

But yes, its summoning conditions do render it fairly unusable. Which is a shame given its art.

It's bad. Like, really. I doubt it's even the best Rank 1.

The issue with Rank 1's is that you need to TRY to go for them to get them out, and none of them, this included, are worth going for. They require that the deck try to go for them, and no deck wants to do that.
