Though if it's your turn, returning an opponent's bothersome card can be a temporal bonus. I think the card is good. Though it's not enough for the metagame because blind MSTs outclass it, and the current meta doesn't really use much that benefits from returning to your hand. but I mean, in theory, is a very interesting card that if fairly generic and offers you at least a couple of basic uses.
