Agent Support (Made for contest)

I made these for a contest, but I kinda like them so here they are:
Uranus: When this card is Special Summoned, you can banish 1 LIGHT Fairy-Type monster from your hand, field or Graveyard; add 1 "The Sanctuary in the Sky" from your deck or your Graveyard to your hand. This card gains 500 ATK and DEF if "The Sanctuary in the Sky" is face-up on the field. If this card was used for the Synchro Summon of a LIGHT Fairy-Type monster while "The Sanctuary in the Sky" is face-up on the field: Shuffle 1 LIGHT Fairy-Type monster from your Graveyard into the deck, Special Summon 1 banished Level 4 or lower LIGHT Fairy-Type monster.

Neptune: 1 Fairy-Type tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters This card is unaffected by your opponent's Monster Card effects while "The Sanctuary in the Sky" is face-up on the field. If you control a face-up "The Agent" monster, this card gains this effect: During your End Phase, inflict 500 damage for each banished "The Agent" monster. When this card is destroyed while "The Sanctuary in the Sky" is face-up on the field: You can return 1 banished "The Agent" to the Graveyard: Special Summon this card in face-up Defence Position. This card cannot change battle position when you sure this effect, besides by a card effect.

Staff: Equip only to a LIGHT Fairy-Type monster. Each time that card inflicts effect damage: Inflict 500 more. If the equipped monster would be destroyed, destroy this card instead. Then inflict 400 damage to your opponent for each LIGHT Fairy-Type monster in your Graveyard. Also, if "The Sanctuary in the Sky" is face-up on the field, you can shuffle this card into the deck, then draw 1 card.
The overall goal is to make Sanc more useful, plus giving Agents more targets for synchro and banished monsters. Staff was meant to be a Athena helper, but the contest was more based around being able support Agents, so it kinda works out with my new Synchro card. And yes, no planets I know I can't do much about it, it's limited how what I can use you know.

I have to commend you on supporting both sides of the Agents: the "life point difference" side and the "banished fairies" side. I also appreciate how you make Sanctuary more searchable, but I also think that if people wanted to run Sanctuary, they'd just run Zeridias, who doesn't eat your Normal Summon.
My suggestion? Make Uranus Special Summoned with the banish effect, rather than Normal Summoned. It not only gives Agents a HUGE boost (allowing them to go Rank 3/Rank2 with Earth, this, and Venus, and if that's too broken, put an Xyz limiting clause on it) but it makes it superior to Zeridias by giving you a monster on the field AND a Sanctuary from the deck.

Also the wand needs to say "If the equipped monster would be destroyed, destroy this card instead."
thanks for the feedback, I didn't even know Zeridias existed, I didn't think there was an easy search card for it, so I madee this. I like your suggestion, so I'll change it, if I understand corectly you want it to be a Special Summon instead of a Normal Summon for the Sanc right?

The wand is pretty useless in my opinion because the only agents that burn where you could use it is this fictional neptune so it would really just sit in your hand as a dead card. Second the synchro monster is somewhat nice. It's pretty good without Sanctuary in the sky therefore I, as an Agent user, still do not see the need for Sanctuary in the Sky. Uranus is a bit all over the place. Because while it gets a bonus off of being special summoned there is no easy way to special summon it. Second on the last part where it says special summon another fairy, you never specify where the fairy comes from (hand, deck, or graveyard).

The real problem is that Sanctuary in the Sky is a bad card because for all intensive purposes it might as well be a vanilla field card. It literally nets you no advantage and does nothing for you but sit there. So if you really want to help agents retrain Sanctuary in the Sky.
Not quite sure you read the whole effect since it clearly says "banished" in the effect. As I said, I made it for Athena not for Agents, and if you use Athena right in an Agents deck, it can be powerful. And I changed it to SS because Bringer said so. What do you mean by "retrain"?

What I actually meant was exactly what Beginning said was missing: An effect to special Summon it from the hand. Like so:
You can banish 1 LIGHT Fairy-type monster from your Graveyard: Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Special Summoned: Add 1 "The Sanctuary in the Sky" from your deck to your hand.
What do you mean by "retrain"?
Taking a card and making a different, usually better version of it. For example: Celtic Guardian has a retrain called Obnoxious Celtic Guard.
oh so kinda like how Umi got a bazillion remakes? As said, I wasn't sure what you meant, I guess I can make it like that, but then it because pretty OP since that way you could easily summon a lot of balls with venus and synchro the crap out of them in just one turn. But should I change it to what you meant?

Also, I would have liked to make an other spell to support it even more, but the contest only allowed 1 spell, and well it's already made so you know stuff.

Yeah non-descriptors are not good for feedback. Anywho

Wand: It still isn't good, It would be an extra card for Athena, who is an extra card in an Agent deck. Extra in this case is synonymous with unneeded. I'm sure that Athena probably puts in work in an Agent deck but she really gets in the way. She's a level 7 which means you can't use trade-in and if you want to easily summon her you would probably use cards like Valhalla which just take up mre space seeing that Agents don't need it for any of their plays. Athena makes a truly efficient Agent deck less efficient and tell make a spell card that really only supports her, makes that deck even less efficient than it already was.

Uranus: The problem is Sanctuary in the Sky is really bad, so if the best part of its effect only comes with Sanctuary then its not that great. You were right and I seem to have missed the effect about summoning a banished monster. But seeing as it isn't easily summonable and the field spell sucks I find no use for it.

Sanctuary: Yeah like stated before retain is to make better. Sanctuary does nothing for anybody but sits there and takes up space. In fact I only side to sanctuary because its a fun way to kill off other field spells without me having to waste a MST.
I always disagree that Sanc is a bad card, yes it might not be as useful as other fields, but it makes a lot of possibilities for other cards. The whole reason behind this was to make it more useful, and I hope Konami realises that they need a new sanctuary, cause it can really boost up Agents if used correctly. Until then, I guess we will have to stick with custom cards.

Other cards don't promote the use of a bad card or a horribly depressingly mediocre card in this case. If that were the case Jupiter and Earth would have done that long ago for Sanctuary in the Sky. Like I said before Neptune is fine without Sanctuary, not that he does anything its just that he's an easy level 7 sync so you don't have to waste a black rose, so you still wouldn't want to run Sanctuary. Uranus...well if you give it that special summon from the hand eff that Bringerofcake suggested would be great and it still wouldn't promote the use Sanctuary because she's not doing something that Genex Ally Birdman doesn't already do better.

So yeah I say make a customized Sanctuary in the Sky if your really want to help agents lol
