This card is pretty over-powered let me now if you think something else

It would be a lot easier to just say "Non-Effect Ritual Monsters" instead of naming all those cards. It also takes up less space on your card so we can actually read the text well because the font wouldn't be so small.

 

It actually isn't too overpowered because of how powerful our cards are nowadays... unless you take into consideration the Hieratics who can easily abuse this card.

At most your just using this card to make Rank 6s, to which your Summoned monsters wont be able to be revived later.

Add to it, you can only really gain any substantial advantage with this card is if you have a bunch of random Rituals in your hand(Not saying that's hard, considering they have Preparations, Manju, and Senju).

Plus, the fact you Tribute a monster to first activate this card will also weigh it down and hinder its playability.

 

I guess one could argue that its overpowered in some ways, but as it stands, its rather mediocre and requires too much dedication for it to be of any game-breaking quality.

OT: I really don't like how it isn't a once per turn effect. But then again, if you can use it more than once per turn, then your Deck isn't very competitive so meh. The Ectoplasm-like effect could go, but it's also what's delaying your opponent from MSTing it. Still, it would help to be less costly to yourself.

The best part about this is the fact that instead of the simple Card-type group title "non-Effect Ritual Monsters", you used a list of names longer than the whole of the rest of the text.

 

Close second is the use of the Eight Trigrams Seal platform-bed-thing from Naruto: Shippuuden as the image. Which is a pretty commonly-used pic for attempts at powerful Ritual-support cards, my own such card included.

 

While this has its uses, it's not quite OP. A different image, condense the Effect text as previously described, and I can actually see this hitting reality.
