think this would work better for it as it adds more discription to how many ranks it can go up by and doesn't over power it where if you had a something like a Dragon XYZ then used this to summon a Heart Earth Dragon just to wreak Havoc on the feild with the oringal effect.

Yes, but there are currently only a limited amount of combos (though with fan-made Numbers, the possibilities are endless).
