And yet it just can't stop it, or normal Galaxy-Eyes. Galaxy-Eyes gets rid of them by the temporary banishment, which this can't stop... And Neo Galaxy would just negate this things effect... EDIT: Now I see its meant to stop Rank-Up magic... Hmm, it's still kinda lousy. And will probably never see any use unless it gets a massive buff.
