It's not broken in any way, plus it also goes against pot of avarice, however depending on how strong gagagas will be in the future, how useful this card is varies. Gagaga doesn't need 3 Girl or Clerk, and no other Deck needs the 15-18 Gagaga monsters that would make this consistent.
