evilfusion Posted December 24, 2012 Report Share Posted December 24, 2012 Far, FAR superior to Refpanel. It works on any Spell Card, and it becomes yours. The "take control" part is significant for things like Swords of Revealing Light or Continuous Spells, as well as effects that only apply/activate when the opponent does something (like Scrap Dragon).
