Aix
So there was a huge-a** debate about Grapha being broken, but I don't suppose it can't be argued against that this card is broken. However, what do you think about this card? How broken is it? What nerfs would you suggest? Discuss. When you do: Destroy all other monsters on the field. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: Special Summon 1 "Fire King" monster from your Deck, except "Fire King High Avatar Garunix".
Additional Details - Even if you Solemn him, it counts as destroying him and he comes back next turn. - You can bring him out easily with Onslaught or Fire Ring. - Has very similar stats to Grapha. Not-so-Radiant Arin
By itself, it's broken. With Nephtys, you may as well just enter your scoop phase.
Alpakha
That's not Jesus.... Anyway, it's art is amazing & it's effect... like Grapha on steroids.Grapha still has some advantages over this though.
Wildflame
Finally tested these guys. Fun as hell. Looping with 2 of these is pro and Nephtys is just adding insult to injury. I still see the deck as tier 2 at most though.

Sora1499
I don't like playing these guys very much. This card is actually quite easy to play around and it's not as broken as one might think. It's still busted though because of onslaught.
Canadian
Important fact that probably has been pointed out before: If you Solemn Warning or Herald of Orange Garunix's summon while he is in the graveyard, he does not come back next Standby Phase and he is dead until you Reborn it or Call of the Haunted it. Dementuo
Fire Kings... I've never thought of them as a threat. Nor do I think of this as broken. It's honestly never hurt me that much, though that may just be because I tend to play explosive/combo decks that don't need to commit to the field constantly. Pchi
Important fact that probably has been pointed out before: If you Solemn Warning or Herald of Orange Garunix's summon while he is in the graveyard, he does not come back next Standby Phase and he is dead until you Reborn it or Call of the Haunted it.
I always thought it could, then I read Nephtys rulings page and found out when it's summoning effect is negated while it's on the Graveyard, it's not considered to be "destroyed"... so the same would be applied to Garunix, in this case. Well, thankfully, I run 3 Calls and 2 Fire Rings on my Deck, so, not a big deal, in the end. Though D-Fissure and Macro Cosmos can be a real pain in the neck for this Deck, I still found it really awesome! Garunix' effect is really broken, but since you can easily counter it by Banishing it, things get balanced, meaning it won't be hit by Ban List anytime soon, or so do I think. Good for me

They are destroyed in the graveyard and therefore are not sent there.
Agro
IMO, this thing is fine. It's the spell that's OP.

newhat
So don't be ruuude! Garunix has a couple common answers (Warning, Bottomless on Onslaught, Monster Reborn), and most cards that destroy it leave it without any monsters to eliminate. It's still worth building around.
