It's a great card, but there mey be some problems with balance if you look at it in some ways. The ability to get of of the more devilish fusions without their costs it quite overpowered. Also, it is easier to summon a Xyz monster, as it has no specific monsters for combination, whilst Fusions need 2 or more specific monsters, or just 1 and random. So the ability to do this is slightly OP. But, only slightly.

I disagree to a certain extent. Most Xyz's summoned in a duel are level 4 or lower (with some exceptions) so that greatly limits the number of usable Fusions to use. Another thing i'd like to mention is that running this card means using at least two spot in your extra deck as the Fusion monster and the Xyz Monster, which means that most current decks (Which are really Xyz happy) won't be able to use it. Overall, I'd say nice design, even if there aren't many uses for it in the meta. I think there is potential abuse in Photon Rank 8/Cyber Twin decks, but I'm not really sure.

Normal Spell is fine. Quick-Play...No.
It's mostly fine, other than that. Galaxy Queen's light might kinda abuse it, but even then. The fact that you basically need t use 2 Monsters + 2 Extra slots for it kinda balances it. Mkes it like an actual fusion, just with... nonspecific materials.

Go from a Sacred to Messier 7 to Ryu Senshi. Or any Rank 5/6 with Thunder Charger to make Cyber Blader. Wouldn't call that overpowered, but it's a combo that exists.

If it's not a quickplay, then it's balanced. Metamorphosis is OP because it's so easy to go from one monster to another much more powerful one. This makes it much much harder to pull off while still being playable and honestly fun to use.

Viable in any deck that can make high-Rank Xyz, not much good elsewhere. A strong card, but limited enough in scope to not be broken

It's awful design and has the potential to be broken.

Volca into Dark Balter, Thunder Charger into Last Warrior, Giant Killer or Overlord into Cyber Twin or Blaze Fenix, Gustaph into Cyber End and Exterio.

All of these, sans arguably Balter, are stupidly strong. Not to mention, it turns any Rank 5-7 into a super oppression on legs. Volca, Tiras, Adreus, 12, Zenmaioh, Pleiades, Ptolemys, Exa-Beetle, Exa-Stag, Magi Magi, and so on. Not to mention ANY CONSTELLAR XYZ makes Last Warrior.

I mean, ffs, it makes Atum -> Gaia Dragon -> Last Warrior seem UNDERWHELMING.

This card is soemthing with far too much potential and carelessness in design.
