Airride
Simple as that. Fixes are appreciated, as long as they're not dumb or things that don't actually work.
Bringerofcake
Drop Red Dragon for Crimson Blader or something better. Maybe a 3rd Gol'gar?
Aix
You need Summoner Monk somewhere in there. Seeing as none of those Spell/Traps are searchers, I find your monster:spell/trap ratio a bit too low. Add more generic support monsters? Goblindbergh or Kagetokage maybe... And...Why are you suggesting things made SPECIFICALLY for Rank 4 Xyz Summons, when this deck mainly wants to make Level 5 Synchros?
ihop
Mysterious Triangle! It's broken. I'd make room for 3 TBQH.
Airride
Space is really tight here. I see it has potential with kid, Overlord, and Gol'gar, but I'm not as big a fan, so room for 2 would be...good.
ihop
Cut the Swords IMO, Calls and Chains should be all you need for Gol'gar.
Airride
I like swords because It's instant gol'gar food, unlike Chain and call, which have to wait a turn. It makes shenanigans with Ruins + Gol'Gar as well, but I'll try it.
Darj
I was thinking in suggesting Mysterious Triangle, too. How are those Ancient Ruins working? I bet it makes funny combos with Gol'gar, but I would think it is slow and you already got Call of Haunteds for revival. You could drop either this or Calls to add the Triangles. I am not sure on the Alien Overlords either: Without counters it stays dead in the hand and by himself is not really a big monster, except when you stack counters or alien monsters, but that makes Overlord even more situational. Maybe a couple of Birdmans and Triforce? Birdman can bounce Ammonites (allowing you to reuse them) and makes Synchro 6-7s with the Alien that Ammonite brought. If that Alien happens to be the kid, you can go for Triforce with LIGHT effect to bring the kid back (albeit face-down). I don't know if they would work well, though, because its only decent target is Ammonite and non-Alien monsters in your deck can be a nuisance. ihop
Ancient Ruins is like one of the best cards in the Deck and never something you should even think of dropping.
Darj
Ancient Ruins is like one of the best cards in the Deck and never something you should even think of dropping.
Got it. It's just that I once encountered an Alien Deck (in DN, so probably it was a bad deck), and the opponent didn't have the chance of gaining anything from Ancient Ruins, so I thought it was not as good as it looks. However, he activated it during his first turns (1st or 2nd, don't remember) so of course there were no A-counters nor Aliens to be destroyed or revived yet.
