It makes the opponent panic a bit, and it is much more easier to pull off than [i]another card in the archtype with ridiculous conditions is[/i] (I'm looking at you Extreme Fire Formation Seito). OT: This card is practically godly in the deck. Not only does it search out a Formation, but it also negates crap and screws your opponent over. I love this card and it is among my favorites. [/quote] He's best at 2. OT: I love this guy. Getting his third effect off almost always results in a shock master next turn, hes a +1 on-summon, and the anti-zenmaines clause is really helpful.
