I'm iffy on this card on paper. Sure it does stop your opponent from Xyz Summoning if you have an odd-leveled WIND monster in your hand. However, that itself doesn't seem fullproof considering that your opponent will Xyz Summon a monster using monsters with the same level as the revealed one. Might have been better if it was a quick-trigger. [s]I'm with Armz struck out line on this. Totally reminds me of her[/s]

Only for Wind based Decks, obviously. But not very good for Harpies, because they're Level 4s, and Level 4 is the most common Xyz Level other than maybe Level 3.

It's probably better suited to some sort of Wind anti-meta Deck, one that doesn't intend to Xyz Summon in the first place. You can still Synchro, after all.

This is mostly a Side Deck card. And, mind you, it can actually work as a Side for Harpies, if you reveal a Pet Dragon against a Wind-Up,for example. However, someone will probably build a deck where seh can actually fit well, even if the Deck itself is not that competitive. But it'd be fun as hell.

but that requires you to have a pet dragon in the hand which you really dont want.

Actually, having a Pet Dragon in your hand is not that bad in a Harpie Deck now, as it can be fodder to both Channeler and Hysteric Party. In fact, I got surprisingly good results testing a deckbuild with 3 of them. And when I say good, I mean 10:1 win ratio good. And, depending on how Dancer actually works, it can be even less of a dead draw.
And Elfuria gives it YET another use.
