You can Special Summon this card in face-up defense position, (from your hand), after your opponent's monster declares a direct attack and discarding 2 cards. If this card was summoned this way, it cannot change its battle position and cannot be used as Tribute material or for the summon of an Extra Deck monster.[/spoiler]

OT: The card is really bad, I'd much rather use Battle Fader, Gorz, Tragoedia and etc., especially as those require no cost and Battle Fader also ENDS THE BATTLE PHASE. The only possible way this card can be useful is if it ended your opponent's turn and you made the cost only 1 card plus a Life Point cost and removed all those silly restrictions.

Anyways, since I don't want to break a rule again, I'll make a review for the card. Can't take me this time admins haha!
The card is not very useful. I hate to use "advantage" as a review tool, though here, discarding two cards probably isn't as good as having those two cards in your hand, unless their effect drive from being in the Graveyard, or being discarded, like DW. The discard effect should also be changed since you're discarding, not him. Since it can't be used for Extra Deck monsters, it's pretty much just a sitting duck. At this point when I'm getting attacked like this, I want Gorz instead, not this card. It's DEF is not even that much to scream "blocked ya ass" from attacking, and since it can't change positions, it can't even be used to attack anything. It's only useful if you need to tribute it for something I suppose. Otherwise its a meh card.

The goal of this card was to mainly support decks like Chaos or DW, and to get some defense power.

Discarding two cards is awesome for DW or even Fables, plus it gives you high defense ability.

Its a LIGHT monster - so if you were to run Chaos DW with BLS, it would come in more handy. Its supposed to stuff you opponent easier.

Through making this card, I did think of cards like Gorz and Battle Fader. This card is supposed to save your butt in sticky situations, your opponent will have to tribute/Extra deck to really defeat this card by battle.

This way, the effects of DWs will activate and generate pluses. By the way, I wouldn't run this in DW or Chaos DW or Chaos or Fableds or Fabled Chaos or Chaos Dragons, in fact, I won't run this at all. Gorz is a lot better because you get to use it to attack things and use it for Synchro-ing or lolBigEye. Battle Fader is also better because it stops you from getting damage, which this card doesn't do.[/size][/font][/color]

Lore correction (Maybe?):

 

When your opponent's monster attacks your Life Points directly: You can discard 2 cards; Special Summon this card to your side of the field in Defense Position. If this card was Special Summoned by its own effect; it cannot change its battle position and it cannot be used as a Material for the summoning of a Fusion Monster, Synchro Monster or an Xyz Monster.

Anyways, It can save your life. But I don't really see a use if there are much better cards that do the same job or even better.
