During your End Phase: You can reveal 3 "Spellbook" Spell Cards in your hand; Banish 3 "Spellbook" Spell cards from your Graveyard and skip your Opponent's next turn. This effect of "The World of Prophecy" cannot be activated during a turn where a "The World of Prophecy" declared an attack. You can only control 1 "The World of Prophecy". 3000/3000
Sora1499
It's quite balanced, given the steep price for using it and the banish-from-graveyard clause. Although I don't like how it can trigger a lock given you have the necessary resources.
Toffee.
Why do I find it amusing how its cost for the effect is (almost) non-existant, as far as Prophecies go.
Quite honestly, I have no idea where you're getting that this card is balanced.Especially in Dark Prophecies, this card is easily an "OTK". Even outside of that, banishing 2 +0 cards in your grave for a 3000 beater... It's more broken than Dio's The World.

And it's an idea that I pretty much had simultaneously with 3 other people, and was certianly PRE Judgment.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Yes, I realized that after I made my post, but I had to work on editing a video so I didn't bother editing my post. That's more balanced, but it can still be abused with Temperance.
Blake
Well, the main idea was to reference Dio Brando for lulz while making an at least "mildly" realistic card that works with Fool. Even then, "Realistic" is a stretch, but at least it makes more sense than Judgment.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
I don't like the idea of Iggy summoning Dio, anyways =[
